You will be friendly, assertive, self confident and good at motivating people. You will oversee a visitor destination that is fast becoming one of the RSPB's flagship nature reserves, situated on the edge of London alongside the River Thames. You will lead a high performing team to shape and deliver a growing visitor experience, meeting the RSPB's aspiration of making Rainham Marshes one of its most visited reserves. You will oversee all aspects of the visitor experience from customer care and communications, to retail and catering. The role is broad and deep, and no two days will be the same.
